My life in pugs began when I bought my first pug from Corinne Black.
Corinne sold me a lovely fawn bitch by the name of Stabradav’s Opera
and we called her Oprah. With Corinne’s guidance I went on to breed
Oprah and produced my first show dog which we named Penelope.
Penelope was a great little dog and I learned a lot about the show ring
from showing Penelope. I have actually been involved in pugs for
twenty-five years and have shown and bred pugs for twenty-three years

About Us
Periwinkle Pugs began when I acquired a beautiful six month old fawn bitch named
Dhandy’s Fancy Nancy through the generosity of Barbara Braley and Anitra Hutchison.
Nancy became my first champion and went on to win several Best of Breed wins,
including a Pug Specialty in West Palm Beach, Florida.
